We heat the fresh cream and pour onto the dark chocolate to melt them together. When the cream has cooled down it is whisked until becomes fluffy and sandwiched together with the chocolate sponge layers, covered with chocolate sauce. Each slice is hand decorated with a truffle ball and chocolate shavings.
