Our home-baked coarsely chopped biscuits are mixed together with Nutella and chocolate cream, which we spread onto three soft chocolate sponge layers, then sandwich them with a light biscuit cream.

Chocolate mini cake
The dark chocolate round sponge is sliced into three layers then covered with chocolate sauce for richness. The cake is layered with Creme Parisienne whisked together with butter in the ratio of 1:3. It is finished with real, crisp dark chocolate with 70% cocoa solids.

Strawberry cream mini cake
A soft chocolate sponge coated with chocolate sauce then sandwiched with a light cream made from fresh strawberry. Finished with a whipped cream decoration or a chocolate glaze.

A traditional Hungarian cake. Layers, made with high quality walnuts, are sandwiched with a light walnut flavoured whipped milk pudding cream. Finished with white sugar glaze and the original chocolate feather decoration.
